A Hopi polychrome bowl with similarities to the pottery of Nampeyo and her revival of the Sikyatki (a former Hopi village) designs with the use of spiral and abstract parrot figures. With lovely golden buff colored base and painted with red and black/brown natural pigments. From the mid 20th century, 6 3/8 inches in diameter and 3 ¼ inches high.
